We require half the price of the puppy for a deposit to hold a Miniature Schnauzer. The rest is due by 7 wks of age along with shipping fees if shipping is required. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Some exceptions may be made in extreme situations only! 1. The puppy appears to be in good health as far as determined by a physical exam by a licensed veterinarian. Prior to shipping of puppy the buyer will be able to view the health certificate and vet report if they wish via e-mail scan. 2. Changes in a puppy’s environment can cause puppy to become sick. Seller gives no assurance that the puppy will not become sick with a condition that is due to the change in the puppy’s environment. Buyer must pay special attention to feed and water requirements and avoid additional stress on the puppy. We recommend Purina Puppy chow. If you wish to change food do it slowly so the puppy can adjust. A bag of Purina puppy chow is provided along with a Purina puppy starter kit. It includes a book on how to raise a puppy, coupons, dog records and etc. 3. Puppies all grow up differently. Seller cannot, and does not guarantee the physical appearance, or emotional disposition of the puppy as it matures. Such things as size, color, and breeding ability, as well temperament cannot be assured, and no guarantee or warranty is given regarding the puppy’s physical and/or emotional characteristics. 4. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable licensed veterinarian within 84 hours from the time of the purchase or upon arrival of the puppy. The attached Veterinary Examination Report must be completed and signed by the attending Veterinarian. This report must then be immediately returned to me and postmarked within 5 days of the exam. Puppy is guaranteed for 7 days from date and time of purchase against infectious diseases such as Parvo, and Distemper. Puppy shots must be continued by the current owner. Proof from a veterinarian is necessary for proof that shots were given if puppy does become ill and buyer wants exchange. 6. If the puppy dies, or becomes gravelly ill within the first 72 hours after purchase, buyer agrees to immediately take the puppy to a veterinarian. Buyer further agrees to immediately notify seller of such condition, and to provide seller with the name, address, and phone number of the veterinarian. Buyer also agrees to provide seller with a signed authorization for release of the puppy’s medical records. In such instance, the puppy may be replaced if warranted by the circumstances. (life threatening Congenital defects) This provision does not apply to death, injury due to trauma, or neglect of the puppy. Seller is not responsible for any and all vet fees or costs. 7. If within seven (7) days of stated purchase date the buyer’s veterinarian discovers a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function or mobility of the puppy described the buyer must provide the seller with a vet statement verifying the condition at the expense of the buyer. Replacement will be made as soon as a puppy of equal or better quality becomes available. No cash refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for all shipping or transport costs of replacement puppy. The buyer must return the registration papers before the replacement puppy is shipped. The puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase or arrival of puppy against life threatening congenital problems. Only when the life of the puppy is threatned by a congenital defect will we be held reliable for a replacement. We (Circle S Puppies) are not responsible for any vet bills that may occur during the life or your puppy through adulthood. 8. If you live in an apartment complex, or any other residence that may restrict pets, you are affirming that you have received permission from the proper authority for this puppy. 9. Buyer hereby acknowledges by signing this document and tendering payment for the puppy, the transaction for purchase of the puppy is complete and no cash refund will be given. Only a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value will be given when a puppy is available. For instance buyer may have to wait until the next litter if all current puppies are sold or reserved. Shipping of the replacement puppy will be up to the buyer. 10. To return a puppy, notify us by phone prior to return. The original report and registration papers must be presented with the puppy if they were received at time of purchase. Shipping of the replacement puppy will be up to the buyer! 11. Failure to take puppy to the vet in the allotted time or failure to return the written report postmarked within 5 days makes this agreement void and no exchange will be granted. 12. Puppy must be payed for in “full” including shipping costs before puppy is shipped or picked up. Time for paypal or check and etc. to clear must be allotted. All deposits are non-refundable. 13. Deworming and immunizations recommended by our veterinarian will be started or completed depending on the puppies age. We use Galaxy DA2PPv a 5 way puppy shot at 6,9, and 12 weeks. A shot record is included in the paper work on top of the shipping crate. If puppy is 12 weeks or older it will receive a rabies shot before being shipped. We worm our puppies at 2,4,6, and 8 weeks of age with Safe Guard. While it is generally recognized that intestinal parasites and ear mites are common in puppies, and part of a puppies early development. We make every effort to prevent such parasites. Often, the stress of change and travel can cause intestinal parasites to emerge after leaving it’s mother and usual environment. Buyer agrees to continue de-parasitization testing and treatment (if necessary) with their vet. 14. This agreement will be deemed executed when the last party signs the agreement. 15. Please sign the contract/bill of sale, keep one copy for your records and send a copy to us (Circle S Puppies). If you fail to send a signed contract to us, this contract will not be valid. This document contains the complete agreement between buyer and seller for the purchase of the puppy.
